HVAC Technician

Maintain and repair commercial building heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning (HVAC) systems across a real estate portfolio.

Key Duties

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC equipment
• Troubleshoot system issues and diagnose faults
• Repair and replace components to restore reliable operation
• Monitor equipment performance and document maintenance activities
• Support energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives
• Coordinate with facility management and external vendors to ensure safe, compliant operation
• Deliver responsive, high-quality service aligned with client needs

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience servicing commercial HVAC systems
• Strong troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repair skills
• Knowledge of HVAC safety practices and regulatory/compliance requirements
• Ability to work collaboratively with facility teams and vendors
