HVAC Installer Lead

Hands-on, client-facing role leading residential and light commercial HVAC installations. You will plan and execute installs, ensuring code compliance, safety standards, and quality workmanship. Responsibilities include leading start-up, testing, and system commissioning, coordinating materials and job readiness, and maintaining accurate documentation.

Key Duties

• Lead and support HVAC installation from planning through commissioning
• Verify installations meet applicable codes and safety requirements
• Oversee start-up, performance testing, and final system commissioning
• Mentor and train junior installers to support team growth
• Coordinate required materials and ensure job sites are ready
• Maintain clear, complete installation and test documentation
