Project Manager, Construction to lead end-to-end commercial real estate and interior build-out projects. Own scope, budget, schedule, and quality from planning through closeout, while coordinating design, engineering, and construction teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage project scope, budgets, and quality through planning and closeout.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and oversee project execution.
• Select, manage, and supervise contractors and subcontractors.
• Handle contracts, change orders, and related documentation.
• Conduct site visits and monitor progress, risks, and issues.
• Mitigate risks and ensure compliance with safety requirements, building codes, and client standards.
• Provide clear client reporting and drive sustainability/performance goals.
• Support a culture of integrity, collaboration, and innovation.
