Groundhand – Wireless & Fiber Infrastructure

Support construction and maintenance of wireless and fiber network infrastructure by assisting tower and line crews with key field tasks. Strictly follow safety procedures and quality standards while working in outdoor environments.

Key Duties

• Handle and move materials, assist with site preparation, and help set up/spot equipment.
• Perform basic assembly tasks as directed by crew leaders.
• Load and unload tools and maintain an organized, clean, safe work area.
• Operate basic hand and power tools (as trained).
• Support accurate documentation for work performed.

• Comfort working outdoors and on active construction sites.
• Strong commitment to safety and quality.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team.
• Basic aptitude with tools and field procedures.
