Senior Journeyman HVAC (Commercial) — Field-based role installing, maintaining, and repairing complex commercial HVAC systems for utilities and energy customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose HVAC system issues and troubleshoot complex equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and optimize systems for energy efficiency and reliability.
• Install, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC components including chillers, boilers, rooftop units, and related controls.
• Interpret blueprints and technical documentation to complete work accurately.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and company procedures.
• Collaborate with engineers and project managers on sustainability-focused initiatives.
• Mentor and support junior technicians to strengthen team capability.
