Commercial Estimator – Plumbing

Supports healthcare-related and multi-unit residential projects by producing precise, competitive plumbing bids.

Key Responsibilities

• Review plumbing drawings and specifications to understand project scope.
• Perform detailed material and labor takeoffs.
• Prepare accurate bid proposals for plumbing scopes.
• Collaborate with project managers, vendors, and field teams to clarify requirements and pricing.
• Contribute to scope development and support value engineering efforts.

Qualifications & Skills

• Plumbing trade and/or estimating experience.
• Strong plan-reading skills and ability to interpret construction documents.
• High attention to detail and strong organization for bid accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively with internal teams, vendors, and field personnel.
• Comfort with pricing development and bid preparation for commercial plumbing work.
