• Lead and support project managers to deliver projects successfully.
• Coordinate clients, stakeholders, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee project schedules, costs, materials, and overall execution.
• Manage financial tracking, including budgets and project financial performance.
• Ensure work meets quality standards while driving innovation and process improvements.

• Proven experience leading retail construction or renovation projects.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage budget, cost control, and financial tracking.
• Solid understanding of construction processes, materials, and quality management.
• Willingness and ability to travel as needed.
