Residential Oil Heating Technician responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing residential oil-fired heating systems, including burners, boilers, and furnaces.

Key Duties

• Diagnose heating and fuel-delivery problems
• Perform preventive maintenance and routine service
• Calibrate heating equipment and verify safe, proper operation
• Install, repair, and replace system components
• Troubleshoot malfunctions and restore heating performance
• Explain findings and repair recommendations to homeowners

Qualifications & Skills

• Hands-on experience with oil-fired heating systems
• Maryland HVACR apprentice license
• EPA certification or ability to obtain it
• Valid driver’s license
