Plumbing Projects Lead Installer will lead residential and light commercial plumbing installations across central Indiana, serving as the primary on-site lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, install, and commission water heaters, piping, fixtures, and drain systems.
• Ensure all work meets applicable plumbing codes, safety standards, and quality expectations.
• Provide exceptional in-home service and maintain clear, professional communication with customers.
• Coordinate with dispatch and oversee jobsite execution from start to finish.
• Mentor and guide helpers to support efficient, high-quality installations.
• Recommend options and explain work performed in a customer-friendly manner.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience installing plumbing systems, including water heaters, piping, fixtures, and drains.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, safety practices, and best practices for residential/light commercial work.
• Ability to lead a jobsite, coordinate with others, and train/mentor team members.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
