Refrigeration Foreman

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate field technicians on refrigeration projects
• Oversee installation, preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs
• Lead troubleshooting efforts and ensure systems are restored to proper performance
• Coordinate resources and communicate job status, issues, and outcomes
• Promote safe work practices and compliance with industry standards
• Support client-focused service and continuous improvement in operational efficiency
