Senior Regional Facilities Manager to lead facilities operations across multiple biotech sites, ensuring compliant, reliable infrastructure that supports lifesaving therapies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional facilities strategies aligned with GMP and regulatory expectations.
• Oversee building maintenance, utilities, and coordination of Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) activities.
• Manage and negotiate vendor service contracts; lead vendor and local site teams.
• Optimize preventive maintenance programs and ensure effective facilities lifecycle management.
• Manage facilities budgets and support capital projects, including planning and execution.
• Coordinate with Quality, Manufacturing, and EHS to ensure standards are consistently met.
• Drive continuous improvement, support audits, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Strong facilities management leadership across multiple sites.
• Working knowledge of GMP, EHS, safety, and regulatory compliance in biotech environments.
• Proficiency in vendor management, contract negotiation, and service oversight.
• Budget management and experience delivering capital projects.
