Role: Sheet Metal Foreman

Lead the installation and fabrication of precision sheet metal components for data centers and high-tech facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise a field crew and coordinate installation/fabrication tasks
• Interpret technical drawings and ensure accurate workmanship
• Enforce jobsite safety standards and quality expectations
• Partner with project managers and IT infrastructure teams to support hardware deployments, racks, and enclosures
• Mentor apprentices and oversee daily execution
• Track materials and document progress to support successful project outcomes

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience in sheet metal fabrication and field installation
• Strong ability to read and apply technical drawings
• Leadership skills with experience supervising crews
• Solid understanding of quality control and safety practices
• Effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams
