Responsible for producing detailed quantity takeoffs and preparing accurate cost estimates by analyzing plans, specifications, and project requirements. Solicits, reviews, and evaluates subcontractor and supplier quotes to support competitive bid and proposal development.

• Perform quantity takeoffs from drawings and specifications.
• Develop detailed and accurate cost estimates and bid pricing.

• Request, compare, and evaluate subcontractor and supplier proposals.
