Role Summary: Perform journeyman-level preventive maintenance and repairs across hospital facilities, addressing building systems and general maintenance needs.

Key Duties

• Carry out preventive maintenance and troubleshooting for plumbing, electrical, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems.
• Complete repairs and installations as required, following applicable codes, standards, and compliance requirements.
• Perform additional trade work including carpentry, painting, and locksmithing.
• Operate light equipment as needed to support maintenance activities.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and facility protocols during all work.

Qualifications & Skills

• Journeyman-level proficiency in building maintenance and related trades.
• Strong technical ability to diagnose issues and complete repairs for core facilities systems.
• Knowledge of safety practices, regulations, and compliance expectations.
• Competence across multiple maintenance disciplines (e.g., plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, locksmithing).
