Refrigeration Foreman leads field crews responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing commercial and industrial refrigeration systems on construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and direct daily field activities, coordinating materials and subcontractors
• Ensure full compliance with safety and job site regulations
• Interpret blueprints and technical documentation to guide installation and service work
• Oversee system start-ups, commissioning, and troubleshooting
• Lead hands-on service and repair activities while maintaining quality and performance standards
• Mentor and train technicians; support technical growth across the crew
• Provide customer-facing communication and represent the team professionally

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong refrigeration/HVAC-R technical knowledge and leadership ability
• Proven ability to troubleshoot refrigeration systems and support commissioning
• Working knowledge of safety compliance requirements
• Ability to read and apply plans and technical specifications
• Effective communication skills for customer and crew coordination
