Maintenance Technician II supporting a single-family rental portfolio.

Perform intermediate-level maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting for home systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliances.

Key duties include:

• Complete and document work orders with accurate, detailed descriptions of work performed.
• Conduct inspections to ensure properties are safe, functional, and move-in ready.
• Handle emergency and scheduled maintenance needs, prioritizing resident and property safety.
• Coordinate with vendors as needed to resolve maintenance issues efficiently.
• Interact with residents and internal team members while delivering courteous, service-focused support.
• Maintain clear communication and follow established processes to support a high-quality living experience.
