Operate heavy civil equipment for infrastructure and site-work projects, supporting grading, trenching, utility work, and concrete preparation.

Key Duties

• Operate excavators, loaders, dozers, and related equipment to complete site-work tasks.
• Read site plans and follow grade stakes to meet project specifications.
• Coordinate with ground crews to perform work safely and efficiently.
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and document findings as required.
• Perform basic maintenance and assist with keeping equipment in safe working condition.
• Follow all OSHA and site safety standards while working on active job sites.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience operating heavy civil equipment (excavators, loaders, dozers, etc.).
• Ability to interpret site plans and work accurately from grade stakes.
• Strong safety mindset and knowledge of OSHA jobsite expectations.
• Basic maintenance and inspection skills to support equipment reliability.
• Ability to communicate and coordinate effectively with ground crews.
