Low Voltage Superintendent to lead installation and commissioning of low voltage and building systems on complex construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, oversee, and coordinate low voltage installation activities and commissioning.
• Lead and manage field crews; mentor and support field staff.
• Coordinate with general contractors and other trades to ensure integration and readiness.
• Review drawings, specifications, and submittals to ensure buildable, compliant execution.
• Ensure quality workmanship, safety practices, and full code compliance.
• Manage materials, subcontractor performance, and on-site execution needs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across fire alarm, security, data, and controls systems.
• Drive continuous improvement and support innovative design-build electrical solutions.

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong leadership and field supervision experience in low voltage systems.
• Proficiency reading electrical/low voltage drawings and reviewing submittals.
• Working knowledge of code compliance, safety standards, and quality requirements.
• Demonstrated troubleshooting skills for fire alarm, security, data, and controls.
• Effective coordination and communication with stakeholders on complex sites.
